Job Description
Summary: Pharmaron is a global CRO (Contract Research Organization) helping pharma and biotech companies bring new therapies to life. They are seeking a dedicated Research Assistant to support clinical research activities, ensuring protocol adherence and high-quality data collection while collaborating with medical professionals and research teams.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical procedures: phlebotomy, vital signs, ECGs, BMI, specimen collection
- Assist with participant admissions/discharges and daily study operations
- Ensure real-time data entry and protocol compliance
- Support study setup, equipment checks, and source document management
- Maintain clean and organized unit space, including stocking and basic housekeeping
- Collaborate across research teams and provide exceptional subject care
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1,000+ hours of phlebotomy experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 3 months)
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds as needed
