The Communications Intern will support developing and executing internal communication initiatives to support the organization's goals and initiatives. The intern will gain experience in a variety of internal communications practices, including creative services, graphic content development, and overall change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communication materials such as email posters, videos, montage, newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop creative content for internal communications for Upstream fraternity in PETRONAS.
• Support the development of internal communication plans and strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives
• Assist with employee engagement activities and employee activities.
• Conduct research on best practices in internal communications

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Canva or Illustrator
• Knowledge of internal communications best practices and principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
