Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting HSSE communication strategies and designing creative collateral.
• Manage and oversee HSSE-related events, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with the video team to produce and edit videos for HSSE campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for effective HSSE communication.
• Support HSSE Executives in their daily tasks and special projects.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all HSSE initiatives.
• Assist in the development and delivery of HSSE training programs.
• Engage with various teams to foster HSSE awareness and compliance.
• Provide innovative ideas to enhance the impact of HSSE communication.
• Contribute to a positive and safe work culture through your initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a relevant field.
• Strong interest and passion for health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in video editing software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a flair for visual communication.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of HSSE principles is an advantage.
