Searching for dynamic, energetic interns that will reside under Technical Governance & Assurance (TGA), Group Technical Solution (GTS) with the following details :

Qualification: Degree in Business Information System (BIS)/Computer Science/IT or equivalent. Others may be considered

Start Date: Starting from September 2025 (or soonest possible)

Criteria: Candidate should be able to communicate effectively, and have intermediate skills in developing digitalization/automation tools/program/platforms example using Microsoft Powerapps, data processing, data analysis and data management. Skills in MS Excel, Powerpoint, powerBI, design tools e.g. Canva is preferred & sought

Job description:

The internship position will require candidate to:

• develop digitalization/automation tools/programs/platforms, example using Microsoft Powerapps etc. This is part of efforts to digitalize some of Technical Governance (TG) related works. TG has ideation on digitalization and automations projects which could really benefit our delivery and also help the intern with their Student Internship Project (SIP) as follows:
  1. Automation of technical governance document reviewing/crafting
  2. Analysis of clause management for PTS vs PBTR
  3. Technical Governance Document Data Visualization (used to be PTS PowerBI)
• perform data analysis &/ database development &/ management for PETRONAS Technical Standards(PTS)/Petronas Basic Technical Requirement (PBTR)/Technical Authority/ other related technical governance-related information etc.
• assist Executives with any of their technical-governance related tasks/work assignments
• be involved in any company-related events as committee etc.
