ABF Laboratory Internship July 2025 at PETRONAS in Malaysia, Malaysia

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data and attend meetings where you will be asked to take minutes. To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.

Scope of work:

1. Assist Laboratory Analyst in preparing sampling apparatus.
2. Assist laboratory Analyst to perform routine and ad hoc sampling at Plant areas (Utility, Ammonia, Urea)
3. Assist laboratory Analyst in performing routine and ad hoc analysis (inclusive of QA/QC)
4. Assist Laboratory Chemist in monitor SQC trending
5. Assist in the MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Audit
6. Assist Laboratory Analyst operate the laboratory analytical equipment in a safe manner.
7. Assist laboratory Analyst in preparing reagent, perform standardization, QC standard, etc.
8. Assist Laboratory Analyst in compiling the analysis raw data.
9. Perform 5S after the analysis.
10. Involve in Section, Department or Company's event
11. Participate in analytical project (if available)
12. Participate in HSE activities (HSE Sharing, walkabout, etc.)
