Job Description
Summary: Petite Plume is a high-growth luxury lifestyle brand dedicated to comfort and timeless design. The Junior Designer plays a critical support role within the creative team, assisting in the development of digital and print assets while gaining hands-on experience in a rapidly scaling DTC retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of digital assets across email, website, paid media, and social channels
- Maintain consistency across all creative assets using established brand guidelines
- Assist the creative team in translating creative briefs into polished design executions aligned with the Petite Plume brand aesthetic
- Maintain and organize the creative asset library, adapt and resize assets across platforms and formats
- Support print and collateral projects including lookbooks, catalogs, postcards, and presentation decks
- Assist with end to end photoshoot production needs; prepare references, mood boards, and asset organization, provide on-set and logistical support, help manage post-production workflows
- Gather references, visual inspiration, and trend research for seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Copy teams to ensure assets are delivered by the deadline
- Maintain organized design files and version control
- Assist in exploring tools that may improve creative workflows, ideation, or production efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and digital creative work
- 1 - 3 years of professional experience
- Strong foundational design skills including typography, layout, and color theory
- Proficiency across Adobe CS, experience with Figma is a plus
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Curiosity around emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted design tools
