About Position:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced .NET Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using modern .NET technologies. This role requires expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API development, cloud technologies, and backend application development.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Build scalable and secure RESTful Web APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Execute application development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, feature design, and technical estimation activities.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Support integration efforts across multiple applications, services, and enterprise platforms.
• Implement automated testing practices, unit testing, and test-driven development methodologies.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in release planning and deployment activities.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts for emerging business requirements and technology initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across distributed applications and backend systems.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy and release new features.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, code reviews, and deployment artifacts.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across development and delivery processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core and modern C# development practices.
• Extensive experience developing RESTful Web APIs and backend services.
• Strong coding expertise in latest versions of .NET Core and enterprise application development.
• Experience designing scalable, distributed, and high-performance application architectures.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Working knowledge of cloud-native application development and deployment models.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Experience working with MySQL database development, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably Aerospike.
• Experience with application integration, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar development platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience supporting production applications in enterprise environments.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management processes.
