Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Flagman devices at various customer sites across India and outside India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Flagman devices at customer sites.
• Perform electrical wiring and ensure correct PLC connections.
• Understand and integrate APIs and software solutions to enhance device functionality.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
• Provide training and support to customers on the usage of Flagman.
• Document and report installation processes and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ BTech in Electrical and Electronics or related field.
• Basic knowledge of PLC and electrical wiring.
• Basic Knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Familiarity with SCADA systems.
• Understanding of APIs and software integration options.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
