Job Description
Summary: Perkins Coie LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a junior real estate associate to join our Real Estate & Land Use practice group. The role involves representing national and global clients in complex acquisitions, leasing, real estate finance, and portfolio management across various asset classes.
Responsibilities:
- Draft carefully and analytically
- Take responsibility for projects
- Be organized
- Exercise and help with a wide range of fast-moving transactions and large portfolios
- Anticipate issues
- Structure solutions
- Deliver thoughtful, precise work product
- Collaborate, respond, and maintain relationship-driven client service
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of transactional real estate experience is required
- The successful candidate will draft carefully and analytically
- The successful candidate will take responsibility for projects

- The successful candidate will exercise and help with a wide range of fast‑moving transactions and large portfolios
