Responsibilities: - Work with leaders to understand reporting tools - Capacity planning - Attend and participate in meetings to review daily production and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Become familiar with labor planning and utilization - Learn how to develop KPIs and associated reporting - Customer service-level reporting - Identify sources of data and processes to obtain data - Document processes/procedures and support in training and implementation of the reporting processes - Report progress on efforts to Management - Assist in driving the improvement of processes and systems, contributing to programs with long-term benefits for the organization Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or anticipated graduation within 1 year, in business, supply chain or logistics related area - Knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel - Ability to quickly learn new systems or software - Ability to manipulate large amounts of data into meaningful information - Strong communication and teamwork skills, verbal and written - Self-driven, motivated, and organized Required Skills: Supply chain knowledge, Data manipulation Important Skills: MS Office proficiency Nice-to-Have Skills: Quick learner, Teamwork skills, Self-driven
