We are looking for an experienced finance professional, preferably a chartered accountant, who can head our finance charter, set financial goals for the company, and help us attain them through effective planning, execution, and compliance adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with the Company's financial and fiscal policies, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting, and budgeting efforts.
• All aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement best practices to make the Company’s financial processes and internal controls more efficient and effective.
• Prepare reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee, and Board meetings; prepare quarterly consolidated accounts; ensure compliance of financials with IAS/IFRS accounting standards; and ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns, and filings are up to date and compliant.
• Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation, and MIS. To lead the SOP to build weekly visibility into the P&L and cashflow of the company
• Helping the organisation in raising funds (debt and equity), management of funds, and due diligence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in D2C /FMCG financial roles.
• Have a deep understanding of reconciliation and sales, and are able to identify early indicators of risks.
• CA/ MBA in Finance.
• The ability to interact with stakeholders, internal and external, is essential.
