LOGISTICS OPERATOR - AUSTIN Location: Austin, TX, United States Responsibilities: • Read and understand order paperwork to correctly identify manifest contents  • Scan all product as it enters assigned department to maintain accurate inventory  • Complete require paperwork after loading trailers including verification of load for each trailer  • Double check each load is safely and properly secured following a ‘360 Walk Around’ of each load for safe distribution    • Exercise the company’s safety guidelines and follow all PPE protocols    • Properly lift, handle, and carry product; asking for help when needed to ensure safe lifting techniques    • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe environment    • Complete forklift prechecks and operate a forklift when needed    • Perform forklift, company vehicle and trailer prechecks  • Record and report issues with AWD vehicles and trailers to Fleet Maintenance for repairs or standard care  • Work as a member of the Distribution team; support colleagues when help is needed or requested  • Work occasional overtime hours and weekends as needed, adjusted schedules and/or responsibilities to support the Avanti Team    Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
