Summary
The Sales and Operations Coordinator supports operations by working with customers, vendors, and employees to provide operational services. The Sales and Operations Coordinator supports sales as needed and completes outbound sales calls. The Sales and Operations Coordinator is a true multi-tasker who works in many facets while completing operations tasks and providing customer service to internal and external customers. They work cooperatively with the other members of the team to ensure orders are placed correctly and the customer gets exactly what they need. This position requires a customer service attitude for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer sales and operational calls, assisting and taking ownership of all customer needs.
Assist customers with installation questions and any customer service needs as well as new sale needs. Assist walk-in customers with customer service and over the counter sales needs.
Sets up appointments with customers for estimates.
Generates and assists in processing work orders.
Follows up with customers post job completion to ensure satisfaction and obtain reviews.
Complete outbound sales calls daily.
Emails final invoicing. Assist accounting as needed.
Assist outside sales representatives as requested.
Assist with project execution tasks such as answering questions around administration, installation or invoicing.
Handles customers’ inquiries/requests in a timely manner.
Communicates frequently with the customer.
Job Requirements
Highly motivated operational professional that can operate within guidelines assigned.
High energy with a customer service attitude is a must.
Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills and positive professional attitude.
Detail orientation and accuracy must be top notch.
Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills.
Able to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Possess decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
