• Evaluate organic and inorganic growth opportunities to support strategic expansion.
• Conduct site visits, perform due diligence on key business assumptions, and build evaluation models for management decision-making.

3. Tender Participation & Bid Management

• Drive the end-to-end strategy, evaluation, and documentation for major public/private infrastructure and concession tenders.
• Engage with tenderers, build business case and present it to the management.
• Conduct strict diligence on project viability, and projected Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

4. Cross-Functional Vertical Support

• Assist Business Development and Commercial teams in analysing the financial viability and profit margins of new and existing business streams
• Help the Business teams create high-impact presentations for prospective customers and strategic partners

5. Business Planning & Board Relations:

• Prepare comprehensive business plans and financial projections for the company
• Draft presentations for the Board of Directors and institutional investors.
• Anchor ambiguous, high-impact strategic projects assigned by executive leadership.

6. Management Information System (MIS) & Performance Analysis:

• Lead the preparation of Management Information System of Pristine group
• Variance analysis and management reports for different stake holders
• Investors/Lenders Query Resolution
