WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- A distance learning programme in Business Management offered by a German university
- You will study and work at the same time. You will receive paid time off for the study periods, which means that you will be paid in full but will only work 34 hours per week
- You will work in one of our stores. In addition to your work in sales, you will also learn everything about the areas of decoration, administration and in-store logistics
- Different seminars and workshops will complete your training and prepare you for your first management position
- After graduation, you will have the opportunity to develop further as a department manager
WHAT WEARE LOOKING FOR
- An outgoing, communicative personality
- Enthusiasm for fashion, people and business
- Motivation, self-initiative and excellent self-organisation
- Very good knowledge of English and Romanian
- University admission or high school diploma (Bacalaureat)

If you participate in the P&C Work & Study Program with us, you will receive a monthly gross salary of RON 4,600 (full-time) in the first year plus performance-related commission. In addition, we cover your tuition fees.
