Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of mechanical components, including final inspection, process inspection, line inspection, and in-process inspection.
  
• Utilize various tools such as Vernier caliper, Height gauge, Micrometer, QC Tools, 7QC Tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  
• Perform quality checks on products at different stages of production to identify defects or anomalies.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to product quality and implement corrective actions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and report findings.
