Golf Course Staff at Pease Golf… · Portsmouth

Pease Golf Course is seeking golf staff for the Fall 2026 golf season. Hours vary according to the needs of the course. Full-time seasonal and part-time seasonal positions are available. Flexibility is important as depending on the weather and golf tournament schedules, some days may be more/less than 8 hours.

These are not benefits eligible positions, however discounted rates for golfing are available as availability exists to part-time staff, as well as discounted meals.

Cart/Outside Staff

Cart/Outside Staff is responsible for ensuring golf carts and equipment are available and in good condition for customers, as well as cleaning, maintaining and storing carts in the evening. Outside staff also performs the duties of the driving range, including picking, cleaning and restocking golf balls for customers to purchase at the ball machine.

Ranger
The Ranger is responsible for maintaining an even flow while on the golf course, to eliminate roadblocks to fast play and to ensure no one is waiting for long periods of time.

• PM shifts preferred (12:00pm until close or 3:00pm until close)
• Holidays
• 7 days per week
• Work Location: In person

Golf Shop Staff

The Golf Shop Staff represents the Pease Golf Course by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions and informing guests of course rules and regulations. Assist customers with tee times and merchandise purchases and ensure the shop is properly stocked.

Schedule:

• Friday-Sunday shifts
• AM/PM availability (open – 1:00pm, 1:00pm – close)
• Holidays
• 7 days per week
• Work Location: In person

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
