### **About the company** You've never worked for a company quite like Pearmill. That wishlist you have for your current company... We've ticked all those boxes. We're growing fast and we're changing the game as we go. We're a diverse group of designers, marketers, and engineers from across the world, working together to help grow some of the most iconic startups in the world. Pearmill was founded in 2018 as an agency structured to excel at digital performance marketing. Our goal is to shift advertising towards a more trustworthy industry by producing beautiful, honest, and high-performing ads, while creating a healthier and more transparent environment for our people. ### **Compensation philosophy** We’re a fully remote company, with team members living in many countries around the world. Each country has different market rates for roles, and we strive to offer competitive salaries indexed to your specific local market. Rather than matching salaries for each role across the organization, our goal is to offer similar standards of living for the same level of work, no matter where you live. This approach allows us to grow sustainably as a company, and gives us the ability to hire from wherever the best talent lives. On top of your salary, we believe in directly rewarding you for your hard work through a twice-annual performance bonus. We also review salaries every year (and more often with consistently outstanding work!), with a goal of keeping our long-standing team as fairly compensated as our new hires. ### **Salary and location** We're looking for someone based out of NYC or the tri-state area, who can frequently come to our Brooklyn office at 85 Quay St. The salary for this role varies on experience, but will range from **$50,000 - $80,000.** ### **About the role** We’re not just looking for a TikToker. Pearmill is on the hunt for an all around mobile content badass. Here’s how you’ll know if it's you… ### **What you’ll be doing** - Producing small shoots on your own. Think getting product from our clients and creating a variety of content, like an unboxing video for men’s travel pants or a play along video of a brain training app. - Finding quality content creators and working with them to produce more complicated videos, for shoots in other states, for content specific for certain audiences (ie mothers/kids), etc. - Collaborating with the Creative Team to understand performance data and create new content that reflects our learnings. ### **What you'd need to succeed** - You shoot your own mobile content like a pro - You know how to edit your own videos - You’re versatile: Our clients/products range from construction software, to a maternity bra, a 3D printer for kids, and medicated assisted treatment for opioid addiction. You understand different brand guidelines and can adapt your content to fit a variety of audiences and brands. ### **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** Pearmill is a diverse company with team members hailing from all backgrounds and walks of life. We’re a globally-distributed team and committed to continuing to build a company that represents the world we live in. We encourage candidates of underrepresented groups to apply.
