Location:

Pearl Dentistry - Park Road

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) | $50–$60/hr + $5K Signing Bonus| Great Culture + Flexible Schedule

What if dentistry could be better?

Better for patients. Better for the team. And better for the people providing the care.

That’s the idea behind Pearl. Dentistry Reimagined.

We’re looking for an RDH who loves what they do but wants to do it somewhere that feels different.

At Pearl, hygiene is about more than cleaning teeth. Our hygienists build real relationships with patients, educate them on the connection between oral health and whole-body wellness, have a voice and work closely with our doctors to provide truly great care.

And we give you the time to do it.

Why hygienists love Pearl:

• $50–$60/hour
• $5,000 signing bonus
• 90-minute new patient appointments/60-minute recalls
• Full-time or part-time options
• Medical benefits at 30 hours per week
• Paid time off
• 401(k) + match
• Continuing education + opportunities to grow
• Beautiful, modern offices
• A supportive team that actually enjoys working together

Who we're looking for:

A licensed NC RDH who is kind, confident, great with patients, and wants to be part of a team that cares about doing dentistry really well — without taking ourselves too seriously.

We have high standards, but we also believe work should be a place you enjoy coming to.

Already have a job? We get it.

You don’t have to be actively looking to be curious about something better. Come meet us. See Pearl. Have a conversation.

You may find that dentistry really can be better.
