Job Description
Summary: PDQ is a tech company that simplifies device management through various products. As a Corporate Development Intern, you will gain experience in strategic growth initiatives and M&A deals, working closely with senior leadership and participating in due diligence processes, market research, and preparing presentations for decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting M&A and strategic partnership evaluations through market research, competitive analysis, and new deal sourcing
- Participate in due diligence processes, including reviewing business, financial, and operational data as well as financial modeling and valuation analyses to support investment decisions
- Prepare presentations and reports for the senior leadership team and board to summarize findings and recommendations on acquisitions and strategic decisions
- Assist in other projects supporting product strategy and operations
Required Qualifications:
- Reflective of PDQ core values of honesty, ownership, collaboration and improvement
- Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with team members
- High level of efficiency, accuracy and responsibility
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Aptitude for math and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Undergraduate, majoring in finance, accounting, economics, strategy or a related field
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.5
- Must be able to work 10-20 hours per week, between June-August 2026
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or private equity
