The Software Engineer role involves implementing tasks within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with peers, and contributing to code and design reviews while working on complex multi-tiered software features. Responsibilities: - Implements tasks within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), receiving structure and oversight from more experienced staff - Follows well-established internal conventions and standard procedures - Understands internal standards & processes an applies them to make technical decisions - Collaborates with peers, manager, and project lead to gain understanding of tasks and review solutions - May contribute to code & design reviews - Design, build, test, release, monitor and provide live support for complex multi-tiered software technical features based on user requirements - Work with scrum teams and product managers using agile methodologies to deliver high quality software solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate effectively with peer application teams and architecture team to solve complex technical problems spanning their respective areas - Write detailed technical documentation to provide detailed technical requirements to the software developers and quality analysts - Provide technical expertise to the cross-functional team in resolving technical software issues - Work constantly on improvising the existing functionalities of the software systems and solutions Required Qualifications: - 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience - Backend Engineering JAVA, Springboot, Spring Webflux - Frontend development: NodeJs, JavaScript and TypeScript, React.js, Cypress, Playwright - Software Architecture - Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines, design patterns, and best practices - Python programming - Machine Learning / Natural Language Processing Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with open-source frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow - Familiarity with prompt engineering, chaining, memory, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), MCP and observability in LLM-based applications Required Skills: Backend Engineering, JAVA, Springboot, Frontend development, Software Architecture Important Skills: NodeJs, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, Python programming, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, open-source frameworks Nice-to-Have Skills: Cypress, Playwright, design patterns, LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, prompt engineering, chaining, memory, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, observability in LLM-based applications Benefits: Flexible work environment, Employee shares options, Health and life insurance
