About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and close new business across accounting, bookkeeping, and financial services.
This is more than an appointment-setting role. You’ll own prospecting, outreach, discovery, follow-ups, pipeline management, and the closing of smaller deals.
You’ll target businesses across industries including construction, home services, e-commerce, trucking, real estate, and churches, helping prospects identify financial and accounting needs and move toward the right solution.
What You’ll Do
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and industry databases
- Execute outreach through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social channels
- Research prospects and personalize messaging around relevant accounting and financial pain points
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadences to generate qualified opportunities
Discovery, Qualification & Closing
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify needs around bookkeeping, accounting, reporting, and financial operations
- Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC
- Present solutions, handle objections, and move prospects toward a decision
- Prepare proposals and close smaller opportunities independently
- Coordinate successful handoffs to onboarding and service delivery teams
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
- Track activities, notes, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and deal status
- Ensure qualified opportunities never stall due to missed follow-ups
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene
Sales Performance
- Track outreach, response rates, conversions, pipeline, and revenue
- Review performance regularly and optimize messaging
- Provide clear weekly pipeline and sales updates
- Support basic lead-generation campaigns through Facebook and Instagram where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial services, or closely related professional services
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Confidence conducting discovery calls, presentations, and objection handling
- Experience managing opportunities from prospecting through close
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Salesloft
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently during EST business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to SMBs or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or Digits
- Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting workflows
- Facebook or Instagram lead-generation experience
- Experience selling into construction, home services, trucking, real estate, or e-commerce
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent qualified opportunities generated
- Strong lead-to-discovery and discovery-to-close conversion
- Revenue generated from closed opportunities
- Reliable outbound activity and response rates
- Clean, accurate CRM and pipeline management
- Consistent and proactive prospect follow-up
Why Join?
- Fully remote role
- Direct ownership of pipeline and revenue
