What We’re Looking For Associate’s degree or equivalent experience IICRC Water, Fire & Smoke certifications (preferred) Construction and restoration know-how Strong organizational and negotiation skills Comfortable with technology and fast decisions Valid Driver’s License
Schedule & Physical Needs Daytime hours with weekends/on-call Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in changing conditions
