We are looking for team members who are “passionate about compassion”, providing respectful and responsive behavioral therapy services to families who have children (ages 2-21) with a diagnosis of Autism. We offer a wide variety of programs across the country, including clinic, home, and school-based behavioral therapy, social skills development, and parent training.

WE CARE ABOUT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We thoroughly train new employees from the beginning of employment. We offer Registered Behavior Technician Training (a national certification), First Aid, CPR, and Safety Care training for positions that provide direct care to the people we serve. We provide BCBA Continuing Education and, with our Tuition Reimbursement program, we encourage all of our employees to meet their personal educational goals. For staff who are interested in a clinical career, we sponsor supervisory positions for graduate students who are working toward BCBA certification (including free supervision for required hours to meet BACB requirements).
