Certus Home Services is hiring a Pool Repair Technician who takes pride in solving problems the right way. You’ll work directly with customers to diagnose, repair, and install pool equipment while helping keep their systems safe, efficient, and reliable. This is a hands-on field role for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and install pool equipment at customer locations.
- Evaluate pool systems and identify needed repairs, upgrades, and service opportunities.
- Explain repair needs, options, and solutions clearly so customers can make informed decisions.
- Complete accurate job notes, invoices, and service documentation using company mobile systems.
- Manage truck inventory, parts, tools, and equipment so you are ready for each job.
- Communicate with dispatch, office teams, and leadership to keep service moving efficiently.
- Follow vehicle, driving, job-site, and safety standards every time.

What You'll Bring
- Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- A strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors
- Professional communication skills and confidence explaining technical issues to customers.
Preferred: 2+ years of pool equipment repair or related mechanical experience; knowledge of pool systems, manufacturers, and automation systems; field-based customer service experience.
