YOU RUN THE CALL

The furnace is out. The AC quit on the hottest day of the year. You walk in. You find the real problem, not a guess. You lay out the options clearly and confidently. The homeowner trusts you, and they say yes.

That's the job. You're the first Patriot Pro in the home, and you own the conversation from the knock to the handshake.

THIS IS A PERFORMANCE JOB

Your results set your income. This is a commission role. If you want to be paid for showing up, this isn't for you.

WHY YOU'LL WANT THIS

- Income that follows your results

- Trusted to run the call independently, with no one looking over your shoulder

- A small team of A players that plays to win and celebrates top performers

YOU'RE OUR PERSON IF YOU

- Love talking with people, and people like talking with you

- Earn trust by being straight with the homeowner

- Want to win, and want your team to win

- Own your mistakes instead of hiding them

- Are military or a veteran? Welcome. You'll recognize our standard.

REQUIREMENTS

- EPA 608 certification (preferred)

- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

- Drug-free. Gas work is life-safety work, so a clear mind is critical.

- Clean-cut, professional look. For safety, hair and beards must be neat and well groomed.

- Background check after a contingent offer

- Live within about 30 to 35 minutes of Castle Rock

PAY & BENEFITS

- Commission pay, with $100K+ a year

- Fully paid health insurance for you and your family
