The Junior Data Analyst will improve data capability and integrity by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data in collaboration with business units, turning business requirements into actionable reports and delivering high-quality business intelligence. Responsibilities: - Turn business requirements into actionable reports - Work with and create data analysis solutions that deliver high quality business intelligence and analytics using enterprise reporting and analytics applications - Identify and proactively analyze enterprise data anomalies to highlight and mitigate the impact of data quality concerns - Troubleshoots helpdesk requests pertaining to data quality and functionality - Participates in enterprise goals by recommending solutions to meet organizational needs - Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends Required Qualifications: - Associate Degree - Data analytics, Computer Science or related field of study - Basic level of proficiency with data querying language (e.g.SQL) - Able to analyze, assess, and develop problem solving approaches - Ability to communicate in a professional and clear manner (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization - Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in similar role - Basic level of proficiency with Power BI - Previous healthcare experience helpful but not required Required Skills: SQL, Data analysis Important Skills: Power BI Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, Generous Paid Time Off, Parental Leave benefits, Retirement benefits, Tuition reimbursement
