Summary: Pathfinder Bank is seeking an HR Intern to support operations within a community banking and financial services environment. This role contributes to human resources administration, employee onboarding, recruitment support, and HR compliance activities, providing hands-on experience across core HR functions while ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
