Job Description
Summary: Partnership HealthPlan of California is seeking a Program Manager I to develop, implement, and manage assigned programs. The role involves strategic planning, program evaluation, and communication with stakeholders to ensure program success and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day duties of low to mid complexity assigned program(s)
- Creates and delivers program information and reports to both internal and external stakeholders
- Supports the development and execution of strategies to engage stakeholders
- Responsible for program evaluation and continuous improvement activities
- Responsible for successful implementation of program activities
- Identifies and resolves program issues and concerns to ensure risk is mitigated in a timely manner and recommends solutions to leadership for final decision as necessary
- Responsible for executing program communication plans and updates
- Reviews program data accuracy, completeness, and required submissions
- Schedules and facilitates program meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science or relevant field and at least one (1) year of relevant program management experience required
- In lieu of degree, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience to include a minimum of two (2) years program management experience will be considered
- Critical thinking, strong organization skills with ability to prioritize assignments and manage time effectively
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interpret and articulate program requirements to involved stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of project/program management methodologies required
- Valid California driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance compliant with Partnership policy are required to operate a vehicle and travel for company business
