In this role, you will work directly in a US Army R&D organization specializing in radar systems, collaborating with scientists and engineers to advance radar technology and implement advanced signal and data processing algorithms. Responsibilities: - Work directly in a US Army R&D organization specializing in radar systems - Interface directly with scientists and engineers to advance the state of technology of modern radars used for counterfire target acquisition, active protection, and aerial surveillance - Implement and evaluate the performance of advanced signal and data processing algorithms within a robust simulation environment which models the data processing chain of a major US Army radar system - Report to various engineering team leads Required Qualifications: - Must be eligible for a government security clearance which requires proof of US citizenship - Student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Physics - Rising Junior or Senior preferably - Experience programming with MATLAB - Minimum GPA of 3.0 Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of electromagnetic theory and radar fundamentals - Experience in signal and data processing - Self-driven and motivated - Experience with Python - Should have strong written and interpersonal communication skills Required Skills: MATLAB, signal processing, data processing Important Skills: Python, electromagnetic theory Nice-to-Have Skills: motivated, communication skills, self-driven Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: 401K
