Video Assistant at Parkview Christian Church in Orland Park, IL

Responsibilities:

• Assist Video Director and Video team in execution of Video projects. 
• Coordinate needs for video shoots in all areas of pre-production development, on set video production, logistics for cast and crew, including arranging meals, hotel accommodations, and transportation of props. 
• Source set decoration and prop materials for video projects. 
• Assist in contacting and communicating with staff, volunteers, and casting for video projects.
• Manage assigned administrative tasks within ASANA under video department projects workflow.
• Support organization of story prompt workflow and submissions to organize potential testimony stories. 
• Manage on-set operations, overseeing set design, prop placement, and assisting with lighting, audio, and video production. 
• Film and photograph behind-the-scenes content.
• Collaborate with Video Team on pre-production script reading, rehearsal planning, and set preparation.
