Responsibilities: - Performs assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities that may include cross functional experience. Duties may include time studies and assignments by engineering manager - Actively acquires on the job training and knowledge of specialized technical or engineering principles and techniques required for Parker's products. Assignments are at a professional level but require guidance and direction from more experienced Engineering Manager - Performs a variety of routine technical assignments to provide experience and familiarization with the technical or engineering staff methods practices and programs of the company - Assists senior level team members to accomplish their project assignments by completing specific analysis or well-defined portions of the overall assignment.
