Job Description
Summary: Paramark is a marketing investment optimization company that helps businesses improve measurement, forecasting, and experimentation across their marketing channels and programs. The Chief of Staff, GTM will work with the CEO across sales, marketing, and partnerships, managing initiatives from strategy through execution and helping accelerate the company's go-to-market engine.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the CEO, GTM Engineer, and agencies to manage marketing activities end to end — ads, content, events, podcasts, etc
- Keep the marketing calendar and agency workstreams on track
- Turn our raw material — two podcasts, customer results, founder POVs — into programs that generate pipeline
- Partner with the CEO on sales proposals for enterprise deals - research, structure, narrative, and polish
- Build and improve sales assets: decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI narratives, objection handling
- Refine outbound motions: targeting, sequencing, messaging, and iteration based on what converts
- Partner with the CEO on high-stakes prospect and customer conversations
- Manage joint sales and marketing motions with partners - co-marketing, referral flows, shared pipeline reviews
Required Qualifications:
- To be successful, you'll need to deeply understand how the Paramark platform works
- You'll need a strong foundational understanding of data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and analytical skills to query data from data warehouses is required
- Success requires calm, confident communication and precise project management and cross-functional leadership skills to influence and persuade

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Python and data visualization platforms are a plus
- Familiarity with statistical modeling, marketing mix models, or causal inference methods is a strong plus
- Analytics, consulting, banking, or former-founder experience are a plus
