Responsibilities:-

• Handling end-to-end accounting operations including data entry, ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate books of accounts.
• Managing GST compliance including GST reconciliation (GSTR 2B vs books), preparation and documentation of GST returns, and handling related audits,
• Performing Income Tax related activities including 26AS reconciliation, documentation for income tax scrutiny/assessments, and supporting tax filings.
• Processing and verifying vendor invoices (RM, PM, services, utilities), ensuring timely payments, and conducting vendor ledger reconciliation with balance confirmations.
• Managing statutory compliance such as TDS/TCS, PF, and other regulatory filings, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation.
• Coordinating with internal departments (Stores, Purchase, Commercial) for invoice validation, GRN matching, and resolving discrepancies
• Handling E-invoice and E-way bill reconciliation, cash transactions, employee reimbursements, and ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.
