Par 4 Resort is looking for professional, energetic, and detail-oriented Banquet Servers to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will be an essential part of delivering unforgettable experiences for weddings, corporate galas, private banquets, and golf outings. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, buffets, and food stations precisely according to event orders, floor plans, and venue standards (including linens, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces).
• Deliver attentive, polite, and professional food and beverage service to guests during plated dinners, buffets, and catered receptions.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the event.
• Clear tables efficiently between courses and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Break down event spaces at the end of functions, properly handling and storing equipment, tableware, linens, and leftover items.
• Collaborate seamlessly with bartenders, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure smooth timing and service flow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a server, food runner, or banquet attendant in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred, but we will train the right enthusiastic candidate.
• Ability to work flexible, high-demand hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the resort event calendar.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to hustle with a smile.

Compensation & Hours:

• Pay rate is competitive and based on experience, plus gratuity
• Hours are flexible and may vary week to week based on the resort's event and wedding schedule.
