Store Incharge at Panache De Interiors in Hyderabad(Banjara hills)

Role & responsibilities

• Store & Inventory Management: Maintain proper stock of construction, interior, electrical, plumbing, hardware and other project materials.
• Material Receiving: Receive incoming materials, verify quantity and quality against purchase orders/invoices, and record entries.
• Material Issuing: Issue materials to site/project teams based on approved material requests and maintain issue records.
• Stock Monitoring: Track daily stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, damaged or obsolete materials.
• Inventory Records: Maintain accurate stock registers, GRN, material issue slips, returns and transfer records.
• Coordination with Projects: Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and Accounts teams regarding material requirements.
• Material Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile it with system/register balances.
• Procurement Support: Raise material requirements and coordinate with procurement/vendors for timely replenishment.
• Storage & Safety: Ensure materials are properly labelled, organised and stored safely to prevent damage or loss.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, damages and replacement materials.
• Cost & Wastage Control: Monitor material consumption and minimise wastage, misuse and unauthorised issues.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and consumption reports for management.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all store transactions are properly documented and follow company procedures.

Team Supervision: Supervise store helpers/assistants and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
