Financial Coach at Palmier and Associates LLC in Flowood, MS

We’re looking for motivated people who enjoy helping others and are interested in learning something new.

As a Financial Coach, you’ll learn how to teach families simple financial concepts that can help them get out of debt, save for college and retirement, and work toward financial independence.

Our national partner firm is a publicly traded, Fortune 1000 financial services company that has been helping families for nearly 50 years. Our locally owned office brings over 25 years of training and leadership experience.

No financial background is required. We’ll teach you what you need to know.

Many of our coaches begin part-time while keeping their current jobs. Others are ready to make a full-time career change. People with backgrounds in teaching, coaching, management, leadership, and working with others often do well here.

Your Path

• Start part-time. Keep your current job while learning and training around your schedule.
• Get licensed. We’ll help guide you through the process of earning your state life insurance license.
• Learn and grow. Learn how to educate families, build relationships, and develop your skills.
• Become a leader. If you’re interested, learn how to train others, build a team, and work toward leading your own office.

Ready to go full-time? We also offer an accelerated path, with the goal of being licensed within 30 days.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not a salaried position. Income is based on performance, is not guaranteed, and depends on licensing.

We’ll explain how compensation works, what to expect when starting, and the steps involved during the interview process.

Candidates must meet applicable background and licensing requirements.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
