About the Role:
PAL OF DALLAS LLC is looking for a skilled Automotive Locksmith to join our team in Carrollton, TX! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your expertise helps customers get back on the road every day. If you're passionate about automotive security and love solving problems, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive lockout services, key cutting, and transponder key programming
- Diagnose and service vehicle ignition systems, door locks, and lock cylinders
- Program and duplicate smart keys, key fobs, and push-to-start systems
- Respond to mobile service calls and provide on-site automotive locksmith solutions
- Utilize key cutting machines and automotive diagnostic tools accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients on-site
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive locksmithing or a related automotive field preferred
- Valid Texas Locksmith License (TOPS) (or ability to obtain one)
- Knowledge of transponder key programming, key fob replacement, and ignition repair
- Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Ability to work independently in a mobile/field service environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused demeanor

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
