Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction - Set up and configure hardware, software, and peripherals - Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting support to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues – including updates - Provide basic training on computer use and software applications - Documenting processes and procedures used in troubleshooting - Contribute to IT projects (such as migrations and/or software implementation(s) Required Qualifications: - Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience - At least 1 year of related experience or training - Organizational, communication, customer service & people skills required - Flexible to work overtime/weekends as required Required Skills: Hardware setup, Software troubleshooting, Customer service Important Skills: Network support
