What You’ll DoLead the Floor Serve as a trusted keyholder—opening and closing the store with confidence and accountability Step into a leadership role during shifts, supporting team members and elevating the guest experience Deliver exceptional, engaging service that reflects the Outside Brands culture Own the Back of House Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency Maintain organized, clean, and high-functioning stockrooms Ensure products are properly ticketed, tagged, and ready for the sales floor Drive the Experience Assist with merchandising and floor replenishment to keep the store fresh, full, and inviting Support Lightspeed POS transactions and ensure smooth checkout experiences Help connect guests to products that enhance their time outdoors Be a Team Player Jump in where needed—retail at Outside is dynamic, and no two days look the same Collaborate with leadership and teammates to keep operations running smoothly Live our values: Safety, Passion, Excellence, Teamwork, and Sustainability Requirements What We’re Looking For Retail experience preferred (keyholder or leadership experience a plus) Strong organizational skills—you love systems, order, and getting things done right Comfortable with physical tasks including receiving shipments, stocking product, and lifting up to 35 lbs Confident communicator who can lead a shift and support a team Detail-oriented and dependable—you take ownership and follow through A positive, “all hands on deck” mindset Why Outside Brands?
