Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries professionally through voice, chat, or email, depending on the assigned process.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach.
• Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Participate in training and continuously improve product/process knowledge.

• B.Tech, MBA & MCA freshers are not eligible
• B.Tech/MBA/MCA candidates must have minimum 6 months International Voice experience
