Apply Description Outdoor Network is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Distribution Center team in Albany, GA. As a DC Team Member, you play a direct role in keeping our customers supported and our operations running smoothly. Every order picked, packed, and shipped correctly impacts marine and powersports professionals across our network. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with consistent hours and a team-focused environment. We also rotate team members throughout the day across different warehouse functions so everyone is cross-trained and continuously developing new skills. What Makes This Role Stand Out Consistent Monday–Friday schedule 5 days per week, 40 hours per week No rotating shifts Cross-training across multiple warehouse functions Variety in your day — not stuck doing the same task Stable, full-time position with growth potential What You’ll Be Doing Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Ensure shipments are processed on time and ready for delivery Verify quantities and part numbers before orders leave the building Receiving & Inventory Receive inbound inventory and verify accuracy Process stock and customer-specific orders into warehouse systems Maintain strict inventory controls to support accuracy Identify and report discrepancies when found Rotational Cross-Training Rotate between picking, packing, receiving, and other operational tasks Learn multiple areas of the Distribution Center Support teammates across departments during high-volume periods Team Collaboration & Safety Communicate openly with co-workers and supervisors Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures Operate warehouse equipment responsibly and according to company policy Additional Responsibilities Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Responsibilities may evolve based on operational needs Requirements Team player with a strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Comfortable learning new systems and processes Physically capable of lifting, pulling, or pushing at least 30 pounds Willing to be flexible and learn multiple areas of the operation High school diploma or equivalent Work Environment Active warehouse environment Standing for extended periods Bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting Regular use of computer systems for inventory and order processing
