Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of instrument maintenance schedules and results.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve instrumentation-related issues affecting production processes.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  
• Ensure proper functioning of process instrumentation systems by monitoring and controlling parameters like pH, TDS, conductivity etc.
  
• Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instruments such as transmitters, control valves, temperature gauges, level switches, pressure gauges, flow meters, RTDs, and thermocouples.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years' experience in Instrumentation & Control Department with expertise in Field Instrumentation (DCS) Yokogawa Field Instruments Transmitters Control Valves Temperature Gauge Thermocouple Level Switch Process Control Instrumentation Pressure Gauge Flow Meter RTD.
  
• Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related field from a recognized university. .
  
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation principles including SCADA systems PLC programming HMI software programming.
