Summary: Osmo Labs, PBC, dba Osmo, is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join their team. The role involves designing and developing data storage layers, back-end APIs, and web UI, as well as collaborating with the Product team to build proof of concepts and deploy data-intensive applications. Responsibilities: - Design and develop data storage layers, back-end APIs, and web UI - Write exploratory tools and APIs from scratch independently - Proactively reach across functional borders and collaborate with the Product team to build proof of concepts - Build and deploy data intensive applications and data warehouses Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, or foreign equivalent - 1 year of experience in position offered or related role - 1 year of experience in working with cloud platforms, such as GCP - 1 year of experience working with chem-informatics data - 1 year of product management experience - 1 year of experience in Python - 1 year of experience working with JavaScript, Typescript, and React - 1 year of experience with server-side Python libraries, such as Flask - Experience with Docker - 1 year of experience working with databases and SQL Required Skills: Data storage design, Back-end API development, Web UI development, Cloud platforms - GCP, Chem-informatics data, Product management, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Server-side Python libraries - Flask, Docker, Databases, SQL Benefits: Work from home benefit (minimum of 3 days in-office per week)
