Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP Concur implementation for a corporate separation/carve-out initiative. The ideal candidate will lead the complete lifecycle of Greenfield SAP Concur deployments, including solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live.

This role requires a SAP Concur Certified Consultant with hands-on expertise in Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules, along with strong stakeholder management and implementation leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Concur Greenfield implementation for separation/carve-out programs.
• Configure Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.
• Design and manage policies, workflows, approval chains, expense types, and audit rules.
• Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, HRIS, SSO, corporate card providers, and travel partners.
• Drive tenant setup, master data design, and data migration activities.
• Conduct requirements gathering, solution design workshops, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
• Own project deliverables and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Concur experience.
• SAP Concur Certified Consultant.
• Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end Greenfield Concur implementation.
• Experience in separation/carve-out projects.
• Strong configuration and integration expertise with minimal supervision.
