Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement.
- Automate repetitive manual tasks to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Create approval workflows, notifications, reminders, and task automation across business functions.
- Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, and third-party applications using standard and custom connectors.
