Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Volvo Car Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Volvo passenger vehicles according to manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate should have experience working with modern automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, hybrid, and diagnostic equipment, while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake service, tire rotation, and scheduled servicing.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in Volvo vehicles.
• Use Volvo-approved diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, braking, and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs or preventive maintenance.
• Perform software updates and vehicle programming when required.
• Follow Volvo repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Complete repair orders and service documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Support junior technicians and work effectively with the service team.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• 38 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Volvo or other premium automotive brands.
• Experience with automotive diagnostic systems and electronic troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of petrol, diesel, hybrid, and modern vehicle technologies.
• Valid driving license.

Required Skills

• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
