Sound like you? Keep reading!

At Orangetheory Grande Prairie, we're about more than just great workouts. We're about making people feel welcome, helping them reach their goals, and creating a place they actually look forward to coming to.

And we're looking for someone who can help us do exactly that.

Here's who we're looking for:

• You're great with people. You can read a room, pick up on how someone is feeling, and know when to listen, encourage, or just have a laugh.
• You're a bit of a clean freak. You notice fingerprints on the glass, dust in the corners, and things that aren't where they belong. You take pride in keeping things looking great.
• You've got a creative side. You enjoy social media, have an eye for a good photo or video, and can come up with fun ideas for content, events, and promotions.
• You're confident and outgoing. You love meeting new people, building relationships, and aren't afraid to start conversations.
• You've got a sales mindset. You enjoy helping people make decisions, following up, and working toward goals. You understand that sales is about connecting people with something that can genuinely benefit them.
• You're a team player. You jump in where needed, take initiative, and don't need someone constantly telling you what to do.
• You pay attention to details. The little things matter to you, whether that's remembering a member's name, following up with a lead, or making sure the studio looks its best.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Welcoming members and guests and making sure everyone feels comfortable walking through our doors.
• Introducing new people to Orangetheory and helping them get started.
• Selling memberships, following up with leads, and working toward studio goals.
• Building relationships with members and creating a great experience every visit.
• Helping create fun, engaging social media content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
• Bringing fresh ideas for studio events, promotions, and community involvement.
• Keeping the studio sparkling clean, organized, and ready for every class.
• Working alongside our coaches and the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.

What's in it for you?

• Complimentary Orangetheory workouts
• Competitive compensation and sales incentives
• Employee discounts and perks
• Training and opportunities to grow
• A casual, fitness-friendly dress code
• A fun, supportive team environment
• The chance to get creative and contribute your ideas
• A workplace where you get to know people, have some laughs, and make a difference

Jobs That Make a Real Difference

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.

Our Philosophy

For us, physical fitness transcends weight loss and bikini season. Fitness is a way of life -- in fact, our brand purpose is to help people live longer, more vibrant lives. When we help our members to put in the work at our studios, they will experience benefits in their day-to-day. They will be physically stronger, but beyond that, they will notice improvements to their mood, cognition, sleep, and overall happiness and quality of life. This workout actually changes your body at the cellular level and has been known to help members through disease, chronic illness, depression, and even heartbreak and the loss of loved ones. They’ll simply have the energy to play with their grandchildren, run a 5K, or go hiking. When we can help our members to take care of their body and mind, amazing things can happen. More Orangetheory, More LIFE.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Orangetheory is committed to encouraging, facilitating and upholding an environment centered on diversity, equity and inclusion across every facet of the Orangetheory brand. We will work to create a sustainable culture that supports a healthy space for learning and growing, valuing and empowering every employee, inspiring a diverse franchise network, and uplifting the members and communities we serve. OTF Franchisor, LLC and its affiliates (“OTFF”) is the franchisor of the Orangetheory Fitness® franchised system.
