Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Area Manager to lead and grow our Agency Channel in Pune. In this role, you will recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Unit Managers / Agency Development Managers, driving insurance sales growth across assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Managers / Development Managers.
• Agency Network Expansion: Guide the team in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-performing Insurance Advisors/Agents.
• Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly agency sales targets for the Pune territory.
• Performance Management: Track individual and team KPIs, conduct daily/weekly reviews, and provide field coaching.
• Compliance & Retention: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, ethical selling practices, and high policy persistency rates.
