Job Description
Summary: Oracle is the world’s leading provider of business software, and they are seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join their NetSuite team. The intern will work on various programming tasks and projects, contributing to the development of the leading cloud business system that helps businesses make data-informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related science/engineering field during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship
- Are proficient (i.e., able to complete coding projects with no assistance) in at least one of these additional programming languages: C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL
- Have the ability to implement sophisticated algorithms and data structures in very complex systems with the highest quality
- Demonstrated experience (projects, internships, coursework, research) with three or more of the following areas: Databases, Computer Systems, Computer Operations, Object Oriented Design, Operating Systems, User Interface Design, Agent Engineering, Prompt and tool design, Workflow orchestration, Agent evaluation creation and evaluation feedback management, Prototype development for well-scoped implementation use cases, Analysis of agent outputs and incorporation of feedback into iterative agent improvement cycles
- Have completed at least your sophomore year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2026
- Completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working with the relevant areas noted above
- Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US
Required Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a university prior to and post internship
